Question: How do I use the Webmail feature with my Odyssey Multimedia Incorporated email account?
Answer: Follow the instructions below to start using your Webmail account today.
Step 1: Launch Internet Explorer. When your homepage finshes loading click inside the address bar just like you would if you were going to another wbe site. Type in
Remember that YOURDOMAIN.com is the url for your domain hosted with Odyssey Multimedia.
Step 2: The following screen should come up.
There are several parts of this screen we will now go over. First, make sure you see the Odyssey Multimedia Logo and in the upper left corner you should see this:
Enter the first part of the email address in the space provided. Everything following the @ symbol should be listed below the address field. Enter the password for your account in the space provided. The password field is case sensative so make sure you enter the correct password with the appropriate upper and lower case letters and numbers. Click the 'Log In Now' button.
Step 3: The following screen will come up.
Again, we will go over a few parts of this screen. Take note of the menu options across the top of the screen.
These will be used to compose new email, manage addresses, set your options and more. We will not go into detail about each function in these instructions.
On the left side of the screen are your main email folders. These will be used to navigate through your stored emails on the server. Below these is where you can create custom foders to store important emails. Finally, is the status notification section. This allows you to see the usage and remaining space available for your email account.
