Question: How do I set up Outlook Express with my Odyssey Multimedia Incorporated email account? Answer: You can easily set up and use Outlook Express with your OMI email account. Step 1: When you start Outlook Express, you will be prompted to set up a new email account. Enter you name and click the 'Next' button. ![]() Step 2: Enter your email address and click the 'Next' button. ![]() Step 3: Type in your Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server names. Your 'Incoming Mail Server' (POP3) name will be mail.yourdomain.com (replace .com with .net, .org or whatever extension your domain name uses). The 'Outgoing Mail Server' (SMTP) name will come from your ISP (Internet Service Provider ). NOTE: You may need to contact your ISP to find out what SMTP server to use to receive your email. ![]() Step 4: Type in your Account Name and Password in the spaces provided. Click the 'Next' button. It is a good idea to make sure the 'Remember Password' checkbox is checked. If it is ont you will need to enter your password every time you send and receive email. ![]() Step 5: Click the 'Finish' button. You can now begin using your email account. It is a good idea to send a few test messges to make sure everything is working properly.
